Meet the FounderWiltse Prep is led by Jared Wiltse, a college admissions advisor who has spent more than a decade helping students find, apply to, and get into the schools where they'll truly thrive.
Jared holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from Sonoma State University, an M.Ed. in STEAM Education from Concordia University, and a College Counseling certificate from UC San Diego, with professional training through the IECA, NACAC, and WACAC. As a longtime private tutor and adjunct professor, he brings deep, firsthand knowledge of high school academics and university degree pathways, and an astute ear for what makes each student tick, guiding them toward colleges where they'll truly thrive.

Jared steps in as the trusted guide, part strategist, part coach, part calm in the storm, so students stay on track and parents can go back to being parents.
Based in Petaluma, California, Jared works with a select group of comprehensive students each cycle alongside a team of experienced tutors, serving families locally and across the country.
